Using the PeopleSense app and consoles
Your account
- Accounts are created by invitation from your organisation's administrator. There is no self-signup.
- One account opens one product (Workplace or Retail). Keep your password to yourself; sign out on devices you no longer use.
- Your organisation decides what you can see; it may change or close your account.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for your organisation's security, safety, attendance and footfall purposes, following the law and your organisation's rules, including notices to people on the premises.
- Do not try to access another organisation's data, another product, or any device or system you are not entitled to.
- Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.
Service
- The app is free. There are no in-app purchases. Commercial terms between PeopleSense and your organisation are in its contract.
- Analytics are produced by software and can be wrong; they are aids, not evidence on their own. Decisions about people stay with your organisation.
- We may update, suspend or withdraw features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Privacy
How we handle data is in the privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time (delete-account.html).
Liability and law
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our liability to you as an individual user is limited to what the law requires. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
